Back again with more updates regarding the new training routine which I'm on right now. Strength is definitely there, stamina too, but I just hope that doing this long enough will allow me to lift heavier weights without any spotters. Lift big and eat big to get big! Right now I just want to spam whatever food that are packed with protein in them to up my gains, couldn't care less about doing cardio anymore, my ankle just hurts like a bitch the very next day after a run.

29th May are the Mr Muscles finals and if I don't show up with conditioned abs, the very least I want to have on stage are nice muscularity and lean cuts on my torso and arms. I'm just way too lazy to do abs, hopefully that's gonna change tomorrow once I'm done with my workout.

13th May is the date I'm looking forward to once I pass the APS trainee program, a stable income will be on my way and dog days will finally be over.

After much researching yesterday and as Chad Waterbury said exploring the infinite black hole of confusion, I realized that the best plan to follow are the one's that had already been lay out for you, that is the routine which can be found in the Arnold's Bodybuilding Bible. Shall go into reading that later.

Preparing meals had never been an easy task for me due to the lack of good equipments, I'm seriously going to buy a grill pan for myself soon to save everyone the trouble of preparing food each meal, might as well just pre-cook everything in the morning.

Due to past mistakes and blunders in efficient money saving and unnecessary spending, I'm left with only $50 in my bank! Pathetic figure, but I do have a thousand dollars which I'm really reluctant to use as it will be use for the Hong Kong trip at the end of the year or a new laptop which I really really need. So $50 left until the month of June where I can finally get stable income from the swimming job! April to June which is 2 months with a savings of only $50.. With such limited amount of cash I still need to get my protein shake which is finishing and my gym membership which will be ending this week, sweet~..

The best way to curb boredom is to write whatever that is on the mind. Being one year since I last visited this blog and the last post reads "i'll be starting my Serge Nubret Program." I can't believe that I have stuck to doing Serge's program for more than a year now!

Going in on more details regarding the Serge Nubret program, it is a very high volume training with moderate weights. Doing it for a year now because the first few months of the program I have certainly seen changes one my body. Seeing changes what Serge says comes to my mind "why change whatever that is work?" And through this I have become delusional that my body IS still reaping benefits from this when it is NOT anymore.

A year should allow me to build a more massive frame and more muscle mass but apparently this has stop happening a few months ago. I have officially hit a 'plateau'. It basically means my body has already adapted to this kind of training style and I am unable to progress any further.

So it has come to my attention that I will be needed a new workout program which aims specifically on Hypertrophy, which means 'muscle growth'. For the last week I've been going through a workout with no specific exercises in mind or any rep ranges or sets, I go really high on volume and weights but somehow my body is not taking it. I don't feel the ache on my shoulders, my biceps, the back and the chest.

Upon reading T-nation.com, a article titled the set/rep bible which covers on the set and reps I should do if I want to achieve my goal; which is again, Hypertrophy. After reading so much on articles regarding bodybuilding and strength training, it has never occurred to me that I should be doing a set amount of sets and reps for growth! Now is the time to experiment and see how my body reacts.

Funny how it is that one's life can be so different from another. Born from the same earth, the same species, society has evolve us all. What is true to most of us now aren't love and affection no more, its all material stuff and social statuses. This is what i chose to believe.

Enough of that, pointless ongoings of things that are never gonna change. Starting from tomorrow, i will go back to my strict diet and training again. By strict diet, for me that is just clean eating, no sweet stuff no fried stuff no oily stuff and lots of protein. And also i will be following serge nubret program. While following this program I can't go the the gym at night anymore, too much crowd will deem it impossible to get 3o seconds rest between sets which is the core requirements of the routine.

I really hope I can follow it through, waking up early, sleeping early etc. Its time for a change again man, for too long i've been sleeping late and eating anyhow.

1 more step and i'm debarred for ICT apps. Seriously why the fuck do I have to learn such stuff? Why can't just skip all the way to year 3 topics such as managing sport stuff and personal coaching? Totally not in the mood to study for any shit, especially finance.

week 5 of school is coming and in the flash of an eye's blink, its already a month. Things are moving way too fast. Too fast that I think i'm stuck in the middle of nowhere, like a one way bullet train with only one destination, and i'm lost somewhere on the rails.

Another day gone just like that and it's a friday! While people are partying somewhere else in clubs, i'm working out in the gym. I'm not complaining, I know i probably won't like clubbing, don't like much body contact. Gym gym gym gym gym.. That's about what I do almost every single day! Now i'm wondering if I can take things to a whole new level by using more supplements, NO Xplode is definitely what i'm considering though.

If I have to blog every single day I think all the posts would be just about gym. I should really stop now.

Year 2 is definitely much harder and more complicated than year 1. I seriously doubt I can pass my Business Finance and Excel. The bane of my life, numbers and computer apps. Work hard? Probably not. Not anytime sooner, my timetable is so slack that I don't even want to attend school.

Iron man 2 tomorrow hopefully!

Too freaking bored so I thought I would try out blogger. Wanted this to be as simple as possible because only words would appear here. Wouldn't really use tumblr to write anymore because now it seems that tumblr is only good for posting random pictures found around other people's tumblr page, would be really weird if a wall of text suddenly appears on another user dashboard.

As usual life is getting very mundane and boring. Boring would be the perfect word to describe it. Everyday is the same. Same shit, different day. Nothing exciting really happens anymore. I've stopped meeting new people, my facebook page stays the same every single day, the songs on my ipod stays the same every single day, i do the same thing every single day, i gym every single day. And everynight i struggled to sleep thinking about all these stuff. Wondering if anything, any changes, anything new will happen the next day or not.

This to me is a satisfactory life, but I want so much more out of it. I'm only 19 this year, and teenage years are supposed to be wild, exciting, meeting new people, doing exciting stuff, but it seems as though its not the life i have. A change would be good, but not too much of a change, maybe meeting a hot and pretty babe who is willing to listen to me everyday would be good lol.
